How to enroll in Hairdressing, Beauty and Nails Technology

You must read the website and the material before they sign a contract with Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty.

1)  Fill out the form in every aspect read and sign the contract. If you are under 18 years of age you need the signature of parent or guardian.

2) Include with your application copy of:

a. Australian Birth Certificate; or Australian Passport; or Naturalisation certificate; and

b. Visa showing residency if foreign passport

c. 4 Passport Photos.

d. Copy of driver licence (with address)

e. Copy of Medicare Card

f. Any other relevant document as specified below

3) If relevant to you, include the following information with your application for concession eligibility:

a. Commonwealth Health Care Card; or

b. Pensioner Concession Card (or if you are a dependant of a person holding this card); or

c. Veterans Gold Card

4) Job Seeker Referral:

a. A Job Seeker Referral Form from an Employment Services Provider; or

b. Participation documents in the Community Development Employment Program and/or Access Program

5) If you wish to apply for course credit please include information about your previous studies:

a. A Statement of attainment; or

b. A qualification

c. If you believe that you may have previously attained the skills and knowledge of this course through informal learning or work experience, please contact the enrolment officer by email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The enrolment officer will discuss with you the relevant paperwork and assessment fees for the RPL process.

Fees:

By sending an enrolment, no fee is necessary.

We will enrol you and a letter will be sent with the exact cost.

The deposit must be paid before commencement and generally includes administration fee and kit levy. The reminder will be paid in instalments as you go.

You can pay the deposit:

by credit card call the Institute on 9421 4464 or indicate your credit card details on the enrolment form.

at the post office by Money order to Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty
