Withdrawal Policy
Your withdrawal from study can happen in two cases:
- When you endorse the application form duly executed to the Institute office.
- When you have been absent for more than two months without notification.
If you withdraw from a course you should complete the prescribed form obtained from the Institute Website or the Institute office.
Notwithstanding anything in this policy, restrictions apply to whether international studnets can withdraw from your course in order to ensure compliance with the ESOS Act and the National Code. Withdrawal may also affect your visa. You will be required to contact the Department of Immigration and Citizenship for visa information before submitting the application form.
If you are withdrawn by the Institute office you are entitled to receive a statement of attainment for the Units completed. In any event the Institute reserves all the rights under the contract to pursue the payment of the fees owed.
If you endorse an application for withdrawal to the Institute office, you will be entitled to a refund according to the refund policy. The refund policy can be downloaded from the institute website and is also contained in the contract of enrollment.
